PLEASE HELP:How do I make money online or off, not just a couple hundred, or couple thousand?

I NEED to make $20000 min. per month, I have some money, and do not have the time, I have two options, set up a profitable business, online or physical, and pay back what I owe, or my life is OVER. How can I do this?
