Does anyone know what rations and how they are applied to a cuban citizen?

After my fourth visit to Cuba to which I love the people of Cuba. They suffer so much. We go and bring shoes and sneakers, and aspirins and childrens clothes all so needed. The people are suffering so and work long long hours for a pittance. I know they are on rations. I have heard one slide a bread a day per person. Does anyone know what the rations are?
