Do you think it's worth it to invest in a grow room along with all the hydroponics?

I just got my medical marijuana card today (California). Since i'm legally able to grow my own plants, i want to harvest some very good quality bud and then sell my crop to medical dispensaries. Right now I live at my parents house and they have a perfect shed in the backyard just for this, problem is they like making my life a living hell so where and how expensive would finding a place specifically just for growing, as well as all the hydroponics be for this type of thing? i know it will be expensive but sooner or later I will definetely make profit from Cali's #1 cash crop. can someone with an expertise on this tell me in great detail about my goal. and I really mean EVERYTHING. I live 20 miles south of SF by the way.
