What can I do I filed an extension to my current restraining order and failed to show ..?

My ex also filed a restraining order after she was served with my extension request...she lied in that order and she also requested to change a current custody order that was placed in childrens court on 12-17-10. I failed to show up and her request was approved....I have just lost my custody....I am worried for the safty of the children...I cant afford an attroney....I am going today to court to see what I am able to do...please advise desperate father.....
