Well I believe they are spirits and the way u described them they seem to be harmless they are greeting you they are taking care of ur family ur father falling I'm not really sure but maybe those 3 women saved him from dying or a prevented a serious injury.... You should only worry of they are doing harm to you and I don't believe they are harming u
