Is it sleep paralysis or something else?

I woke up from a bad dream and I couldn't move at all the only thing that could move was my mouth. The back of my head was hurting and my eyes were blurry I couldn't really see. I could speak and I screamed for help, but my parents weren't home. I think I fell back asleep after that and I felt fine. I don't know what it was I woke up like this only a few times in my life. They happen very rarely.
