IS MY WORKPLACE BREACHING CONFIDENTIALITY TRUST?????????????
depending on what had happened it should have been confidential, the reason is now you know who ratted on who I know when I worked someone would tell my supervisors things about me he would repeat it but would,ndt say who said so i told them point blank If you cant tell me who said it then don't waste your breath telling me,I hate **** like that, Anyway I would call the labor board and take legal action. I know of a friend something also happened in a day care they tried to fire someone because she told a parent that their child was left in a pack and play all day long because the child was biting others even so you don't do that day in and day out taken out for a diaper change.well anyway the parent went to the person who ran the place and told her and took her kid out the person who was running the day care set up some meeting and saying that the person who told the parent was to be fired and she was saying she was not qualified to take care of the kids she got a lawyer and her father also went to the meeting the caregiver is still there the person who was running the place got fired for lying and other things, the care giver has a paramedics license life guard cert ification can draw blood knows cpr Heimlich maneuver and she babysits for a couple of FBI agents and also sits for the parents of these children at night after daycare hours and she nanies ,the sister also works there they tried to have her fired too at the same time for telling the truth to the parent.
